KR Recruitment Luxembourg is seeking a Technical Product Specialist for Fire Detection Systems to support its European customers. You will apply deep knowledge of fire detection and control systems, provide Level 2 technical support, and help design solutions.

The role involves product demonstrations, training, assisting consultants and end users, gathering feedback, and contributing to certifications. Fluent English is required, additional European languages are a plus, and travel across Europe

• 4+ years of experience with fire detection products/systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire detection, alarm, or control systems.
• Experience in technical support, product training, or application engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Technical Product Specialist – Fire Detection Systems

To apply for this position you must haveat least 4 years of experience with fire detection products/systems.

Main Mission:

• Join an international industrial group specializing in safety and protection solutions and play a key role in supporting the growth of its Fire Detection & Control Systems business across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 technical support for detection and control systems to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Support sales activities with technical expertise, solution design, and product recommendations.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical training to customers and colleagues.
• Assist consultants, integrators, and end users in selecting and specifying appropriate solutions
• Gather market and customer feedback to support product enhancements and future developments.
• Contribute to certification, compliance, and local approval activities where required.

Profile:

• Strong technical knowledge of fire detection, alarm, or control systems.
• Experience in technical support, product training, or application engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in an international environment.
