Johnson & Johnson seeks a Technical Product Manager for Treasury in Milano to lead strategy for Finance applications on SAP ECC/S4, JAVA, and SWIFT. You will drive global and regional delivery, partner with business and technology leaders, and ensure strong governance and SLA adherence.

You will guide a cross-functional team, mentor others, and apply SDLC, agile practices, and cloud-based delivery to optimize treasury processes and global operations.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
• 5+ years in implementing and maintaining Treasury solutions (SAP, SWIFT, etc).
• Experience with 1+ full cycle of S/4 HANA for Finance.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading matrix-based project teams and global programs.
• Experience with cloud-based app delivery (SaaS).
• Strong SDLC and agile/scrum experience; Jira/Confluence familiarity.
• Ability to communicate with senior leadership and manage vendor relations.
• Background in regulated environments and software validation.
