Michael Page International Italia S.r.l. cerca una figura di leadership tecnica per assumere il ruolo di consigliere strategico e guidare lo sviluppo della produzione di componenti sigillanti.

Interverrai definendo la roadmap tecnica, i processi di stampaggio e l'industrializzazione, influenzando decisioni complesse e programmi di miglioramento. La persona valorizzerà l'esperienza in rubber e leadership di progetti, collaborando con sviluppo prodotto, operation e qualità per garantire soluzioni

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in mechanical or materials engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years di esperienza significativa in ambiente gomma.
• Conoscenza delle applicazioni di sigillanti e della produzione gomma.

• Definire la roadmap tecnica e le capacità di produzione.
• Essere l'autorità tecnica suprema per prodotti, materiali e processi di produzione.

• Act as a strategic advisor, supporting the organization move to the next stage


• Expertise covers injection molding, transfer molding, and compression molding

Offerta

Technical Leadership & Strategy

• Define the company's technical roadmap and manufacturing capabilities.


• Act as the highest technical authority for products, materials and manufacturing processes.


• Lead technical decision-making for complex production and customer issues.


• Drive continuous improvement of technical standards and manufacturing excellence. Product, Materials & Customer Applications


• Review customer applications and recommend appropriate sealing solutions.


• Define material selection (including material surface coating) and support compound development.


• Lead technical discussions with customers on new applications.


• Support RFQs by validating technical feasibility and manufacturing approach.

Manufacturing Technology & Industrialization

• Define the optimal manufacturing process (compression, transfer, injection molding, etc.) for new products.


• Lead the introduction of new production technologies, equipment and manufacturing methods (recommend best technol ogy, support in machine installation and setup).


• Develop process standards and ensure successful industrialization of new products.


• Ensure effective technology transfer from equipment suppliers and Group experts to the local organization.

Competenze ed esperienza

• Bachelor degree in mechanical or material engineering or equivalent


• 5 to 10 years significant experience in Rubber envinronment


• Knowledge on rubber production


• Knowledge on sealing applications,


• Strong technical problem solving skills


• Project Management experience


• CAD/ Autocad experience


• Knowledge of IT-Tools (MS Office, Sales Tools)
