About The Role

Location: Monza, Lombardia, Italy

Position: Technical & Facilities Supervisor at CBRE

Responsible for overseeing building maintenance and facilities services across all assigned sites, operation, maintenance, and compliance of electrical, electronic, mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection systems, leading the on‑site team, managing service delivery, and ensuring facilities operations meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure full compliance with contractual agreements, company policies, and operational procedures across assigned sites.
  • Oversee the delivery of facilities services in line with the service agreement and defined scope of work.
  • Collaborate with the client to develop and implement maintenance plans that meet customer requirements, current legislation, and industry best practices.
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for building systems, including electrical, electronic, HVAC, climate control, and fire prevention systems.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors, tenant fit‑out teams, and internal technicians.
  • Respond to system faults and breakdowns within contractual timeframes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Schedule maintenance activities to reduce safety risks, operational downtime, and inconvenience.
  • Recommend system upgrades to improve efficiency, safety, and energy performance.
  • Apply advanced technical knowledge to resolve complex issues and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Administer and maintain the CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System), including generating reports for service tracking and planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and health and safety directives.
  • Manage client requests in accordance with contractual terms and internal procedures.
  • Prepare quotations for client‑requested interventions and repairs identified during inspections.
  • Oversee the delivery of soft services on site (e.g., cleaning, waste management, landscaping).
  • Manage supplier relationships and schedule interventions in line with agreed service levels and maintenance plans.
  • Verify completion of work, ensuring all equipment is operational and client spaces are in optimal condition.
  • Lead and coordinate daily activities of the site team, including task allocation, scheduling, and cross‑training.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, coordinating additional resources as required.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated communications between clients, suppliers, and CBRE management.
  • Promote and embody CBRE RISE values through leadership and conduct.
  • Monitor performance data, track expenses, and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Resolve complex challenges and identify optimal solutions to meet operational objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High School Diploma or higher in a technical discipline (mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, or related field).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technical systems, maintenance procedures, and operational workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of CMMS platforms and maintenance tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
  • Proven problem‑solving abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
