Innovo Engineering & Construction Ltd. in Montegrotto Terme, Italy is seeking a Technical Draftsman (Disegnatore Tecnico) on-site.

You will prepare detailed technical drawings for naval, subsea, and mechanical projects, interpret design briefs, revise drawings, and collaborate with engineers and project managers to refine solutions. Competenze

• Ability to create precise Technical Drawing and Drawing work for complex engineering and construction projects.
• Experience producing and interpreting Engineering Drawings for mechanical, naval, or subsea applications.
• Skills in Architectural Drawings for structural layouts, site plans, or equipment installations.
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for integrated project coordination and visualization.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and digital drafting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple drawing revisions and deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Technical diploma or degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field; experience in oil and gas, marine, or renewables sectors is an advantage.

Role Description

This full‑time Technical Draftsman / Disegnatore Tecnico role is an on‑site position based in Montegrotto Terme. The role involves preparing detailed technical and engineering drawings for Innovo’s products and projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and specifications. Daily tasks include interpreting design briefs and engineering concepts, updating and revising drawings, and collaborating closely with engineers and project managers to refine technical solutions. The Technical Draftsman will also support the documentation of design changes, maintain organized drawing archives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting practices and templates.
