A leading global software firm in logistics is seeking an analytical professional to optimize route planning solutions. You will engage with customers, assess their data, and implement tailored solutions while leveraging your technical knowledge. Candidates should be fluent in both Italian and English, possess a basic understanding of programming and are adept in data analysis. This role involves sharing insights and guiding customers, all while contributing to continuous growth in an innovative company.

Your mission

• Demonstrate the effectiveness of our solution by estimating potential cost savings with client data sets
• Regardless of the complexity of the business case, you manage to summarize it into a clear approach and concrete actions.
• Through functional analysis of the customer's planning process and associated data, you get a clear picture of the situation As-Is.
• You analyze and transform the data set into compatible data input after which you apply specific algorithms to it to create the best possible To-Be situation.
• To measure is to know. Therefore, frequently going into dialogue with the customer about your findings and advice is crucial. This step-by-step approach is the only way to achieve a supported planning solution that is able to realize the customer’s true potential.
• With your insights into the business and in-depth knowledge of our software features, you guide your customer flawlessly through the implementation process.
• You accurately detect anomalies so that they can be resolved in no time.
• Through workshops and training you enthusiastically share your knowledge with end users so that they too embrace and fully utilize the new planning tool.

Your profile

• You have a strong analytical mind, which is confirmed by your trajectory of education(s) and/or previous experience.
• You think creatively in solutions tailored to the customer, without losing sight of the technical capabilities of the software.
• You are communicative, but above all a good listener, which allows you to perfectly define the customer's needs.
• You have basic knowledge of any programming language.
• Bringing order to large and complex data sets? No biggie, Python and Excel are your best friends. If Pandas doesn't sound strange to you either, that's extra useful (but not necessary though).
• Preferably, you have a basic understanding of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and know how they can be used to integrate or exchange data between different systems.
• As for language skills, you can both speak and write fluently in Italian and English.

• You prefer to hit the road as a salesperson.
• You prefer not to take on too much responsibility and prefer to work in the comfort of a team.
