Promat, part of Etex, invites technically minded engineers to join as Technical Application Engineer. This role can be based in Poland, Italy, Spain, France or Belgium, with travel to those countries 3-4 times a month.

You will provide technical application support, develop compliant insulation and refractory solutions for high-temperature industrial processes, interpret customer requirements, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D and Engineering teams.

Competenze

• Experience in high-temperature insulation, refractories, or industrial furnace applications.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of preparing technical calculations and documentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 times a month across Poland, Italy, Spain, France or Belgium.
