Your Role And Responsibilities

As an SAP Treasury (TR) Team Leader, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Treasury and Risk Management solutions for our clients. Acting as both a functional expert and delivery leader, you will ensure that treasury processes are efficiently digitalized and integrated within the overall finance transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Lead full‑cycle implementations and enhancements of SAP Treasury modules including Cash Management, In‑House Cash, Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Financial Risk Management.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs aligned with industry best practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants, coordinating delivery, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to integrate SAP TRM with FI/CO, S/4HANA, and external banking systems.
• Support treasury transformation initiatives leveraging SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Fiori applications.
• Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and presentations for key stakeholders.
• Contribute to pre‑sales and proposal activities, providing solution expertise and estimation inputs.

Preferred Education

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Proven experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (minimum 2 full‑cycle implementations).
• In‑depth knowledge of Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, In‑House Cash, and Bank Communication Management (BCM).
• Integration knowledge with SAP FI/CO, S/4HANA, and external banking interfaces (SWIFT, BCM, EBICS, etc.).
• Demonstrated team leadership and client management experience.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Fiori Treasury Apps.
• SAP certification in Treasury and Risk Management.
• Exposure to corporate finance, liquidity management, or banking operations.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
