Overview
As an SAP IBP Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions for our clients. You will act as both a functional expert and a team leader, ensuring successful project delivery while mentoring and coordinating a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory, Response, and Control Tower).
- Translate business requirements into system solutions and ensure alignment with best practices in Supply Chain Planning.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring quality and adherence to methodology.
- Coordinate a team of consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, business leads, and technical teams to ensure solution adoption and business value realization.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and propose innovative solutions to complex planning challenges.
- Support pre-sales activities, including effort estimation, solution design, and client presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of internal SAP IBP capabilities and accelerators.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proven experience in SAP IBP implementation projects (minimum 2 full-cycle projects).
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP).
- Strong configuration and integration knowledge between SAP IBP, ECC/S4HANA, and CPI-DS.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing client relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Experience with S/4HANA embedded PP/DS or SAP APO.
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- SAP certification in IBP.
- Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or life sciences industries.
