A preschool institution is looking for a Teacher/Assistant Teacher to lead engaging lessons and support child development in a nurturing environment. Candidates must have a diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, with no prior experience necessary as training will be provided. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are preferred.

Job Description

Teacher Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and record children’s progress and communicate with parents.
• Incorporate play, creativity, and AI-inspired learning into daily routines.
• Collaborate with the team to organize events and activities.

Assistant Teacher Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher in daily classroom activities.
• Help prepare materials, manage routines, and care for children.
• Maintain a clean and safe learning space.
• Assist in guiding children during play, meals, and rest times.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education, KAP, or equivalent (students currently pursuing are welcome).
• With or without experience – training will be provided.
• Love and patience for working with young children.
• Responsible, cheerful, and a good team player.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (preferred).
