Teoresi Group is seeking a TCMS System Engineer to drive the definition and design of train control system software and hardware interfaces. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams to translate requirements into TCMS architectures and ensure seamless integration in rolling stock.

You will tackle complex system challenges, guide the design lifecycle, and contribute to rail solutions focused on reliability and safety. Strong teamwork and proactive communication are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in a systems engineering role.
• Domain knowledge of locomotive/train control with rolling stock background.
• Knowledge of EN50657, EN50128, IEC61375.
• Ability to lead the design lifecycle and design reviews.

Mansioni

• Define TCMS system requirements and manage the requirements workflow.
• Design and evaluate TCMS architectures and document them.
• Design and configure TCMS networks (ETH, MVB/WTB, TRDP, etc.).
• Create interface control documents between TCMS devices and subsystems.
• Analyze system requirements and allocate to proper devices.
• Participate in design reviews with internal and customer teams.
• Act as technical lead for the full design lifecycle.
• Support development and verification engineers when needed.
