The role involves managing tax matters related to corporate activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and preparing tax documentation. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Economics, with 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate tax departments, and strong knowledge of tax regulations. Context and purpose of the Job

The resource will join the Tax Department and, reporting to the Group Tax Manager, will be responsible for managing tax matters related to the Group’s ordinary and extraordinary activities, tax litigation, as well as adherence to Transfer Pricing regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Continuous monitoring of developments in tax regulations, assessing their impact on Group companies and proposing appropriate solutions. Internal sharing of know-how and issuance of procedures. Verification of compliance with regulations and preparation of internal tax audits
  • Support to various business functions in managing tax aspects related to contract drafting, corporate compliance requirements, and the implementation and maintenance of IT systems
  • Preparation, review, and control of all tax compliance activities (tax consolidation, individual tax returns, VAT, 770), including monitoring of related deadlines
  • Management of activities related to tax audits, tax disputes, and pre‑litigation matters
  • Preparation and updating of Transfer Pricing documentation (Master File, Local File, and Country‑by‑Country Report) for the various Group companies
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics or related fields
  • 2–4 years of experience in similar roles within professional firms, corporate tax departments
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate taxation, local and international taxation, corporate law, accounting, and general tax compliance
  • Knowledge of IAS/IFRS and Italian GAAP accounting principles
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP systems is a plus
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Strong team-working attitude, proactive mindset with a results‑oriented approach, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
