A leading Telecommunications company in Milan is seeking a Tax Expert to manage tax compliance and advisory activities. We require a professional with strong knowledge in both direct and indirect taxes, along with at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in tax research and fluency in English and Italian. This position offers a hybrid working model and a supportive work environment.
The Tax Expert will act as the primary tax advisor for VST, responsible for managing and overseeing the tax compliance and advisory activities for the company's operations. The resource will ensure that the company adheres to local tax laws, multinational tax regulations, and international tax treaties while providing strategic tax planning and insights to support business decisions. This role is crucial in ensuring the company’s tax risks are effectively managed and its tax obligations are met efficiently.
It will act as the Tax Expert single point of contact for Vodafone Servizi e Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital & IT areas. He/she will be part of an international HR team with many opportunities to share best practices across 11 markets in Europe.
