Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati in Rome seeks a Tax Counsel to focus on Tax M&A and Real Estate. You will provide high-level tax guidance and support both national and international matters, handling ordinary and extraordinary consultancy and compliance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in established firms, hold an economics degree, and possess excellent English. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential for success in our collaborative environment.
