Reference Studios is looking for a highly motivated Talent Relations Specialist to join our team in our Milan office. In your role, you will help create energy through connecting our brands and projects with the right cultural luminaries. You should be a curious explorer, cultural insider, and strategic connector who feels comfortable in all aspects of the worlds of art, design, fashion, and entertainment. Ideally, you already have an established network of artists, key opinion leaders, and creative talents from different spheres.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong drive to generate and successfully implement strategic and creative ideas, as well as demonstrate focus to achieve results with clear KPIs and ROI articulation, all while bringing an understanding of our 360 approach and a solid knowledge of contemporary culture and trends.

Your Mission

• Scout, secure, and manage a strong talent portfolio and establish deep connections to global and local subcultures, celebrities, artists, KOLs, and creative talents.
• Assure a strategic, proactive, and personal approach to all Energy Marketing / VIP Talent relationships - which add value to Reference Studios and our clients - and consistently evolve and add to the list.
• Cultivate the RS network by strategically placing products and taking proactive measures to achieve set targets.
• Identify target communities for clients based on research proficiency.
• Provide strategic support to RS clients regarding VIPs and talent.
• Always improve the approach to managing talent relationships.
• Be the main Energy Marketing contact for several clients and handle all their product seeding and talent relations and requests (plan, execute, report).
• Ensure efficient and effective product seeding send-outs.
• Report emerging trends, upcoming talent, and existing coverage in a monthly rhythm.
• Proactively share new opportunities for clients, projects, and Reference Studios with the Energy Marketing team and account managers / directors.
• Prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.

Your Profile

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Communications, Marketing, Public Relations Agency, or a related field within the fashion industry (agency or in-house), or within established art institutions / organisations.
• Passion for the creative fields (fashion, arts, music, entertainment, and culture).
• A strong understanding of contemporary culture and trends from niche to mainstream.
• A strong understanding of inventory management and logistics.
• A proactive, forward‑thinking, inclusive, strategic, and positive mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills, superior attention to detail, resilient under pressure, and ability to work quickly and efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Open‑minded and sociable personality.
• Takes joy out of social interactions.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.) and presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Italian - additional German and / or French skills preferred.
