A dynamic organization in Italy is seeking an experienced Talent & Development Manager to drive the people development agenda. You will design and execute learning strategies aligned with organizational goals, develop talent frameworks, and lead change management programs. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience in similar roles and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Fluency in English is a must.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent & Development Manager to drive the people development agenda within a complex and dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute the company’s Learning & Development strategy in alignment with organizational goals and transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and implement talent identification, succession planning, and career development frameworks for diverse employee groups.
  • Lead change management programs to support cultural evolution, leadership effectiveness, and workforce adaptability.
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to both white‑collar and blue‑collar employees, ensuring inclusivity and impact.>
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness through data‑driven insights and continuous improvement practices.
  • Manage relationships with external learning providers and oversee training budgets.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR roles within complex industrial organizations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Strong understanding of competency models and leadership development.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to operate effectively in multicultural and dynamic environments.
  • Fluency in English.
