We’re searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join MioDottore’s People Experience Team! We are looking for someone who wants to make an impact scaling our Sales Department and most importantly bring talents that fits our culture and values.

We help 260,000 doctors and clinics focus on treating patients and delivering an exceptional patient experience. We run a service that allows 80 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor and we currently have 19 million bookings per month
About us
MioDottore is part of Docplanner group, in Italy we are 500 people, 60% sales and our headquarters is based in Rome. We are an international company with a global team of 2,700 across offices in Warsaw, Istanbul, Rome, Barcelona, Mexico City, Bogotá, Curitiba, Rio, Munich and Berlin
Our Talent Acquisition Team is now 6 who reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and currently, we are looking for the next one to help us attract and hire the best talents for our Sales team in MioDottore.
Descrizione del lavoroYou wonder - What would you be doing with us?
Develop talent sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, direct InMails, boolean search and alternative search techniques.
Engage prospective candidates, get in touch with potential candidates, communicate our mission and explore cultural fit
Build talent pipelines to meet hiring needs according to Business Manager requirements
Work closely with the Hiring Manager being able to consult and provide insight on the entire Talent Acquisition process and ensure MioDottore is hiring game-changing talents
Update reports and analyze performance tracking and monitoring metrics about the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts as screening calls and conversion rate as other relevant KPIs
You could be a future team member, if you have:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a track record of hiring outstanding people for a fast-growing company.
Experience in dealing with high-volume hiring with inbound and outbound strategies
Ownership when it comes to end-to-end recruitment process, building stakeholder relationships, and updating senior management.
You are proficient in both spoken and written English
