Tagetik Consolidation Lead: Finance Transformation & Reporting

Job summary

Inulta is seeking a Senior Financial Consolidation Consultant to join the consulting team on a B2B contractual basis. You will translate finance requirements into Tagetik configurations, focusing on consolidation and group reporting, IFRS/GAAP alignment, and data validation.

You will lead implementations, collaborate with clients and internal teams, deliver training, and contribute to automation of close processes. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial roles such as Financial Controller, Financial Analyst, or Consolidation & Reporting Specialist
• Strong hands-on experience in financial consolidation and group reporting
• Solid knowledge of IFRS (mandatory) and good understanding of GAAP
• Deep understanding of financial processes within a company
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Previous experience with CCH Tagetik (implementation or key user)
• Experience with other EPM / consolidation tools
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
• Exposure to finance transformation or system implementation projects
• Basic SQL knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead and support implementation projects of CCH Tagetik, with a focus on financial consolidation and reporting modules
• Analyse client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations
• Design and implement consolidation processes (intercompany eliminations, ownership structures, adjustments) within Tagetik
• Support clients in defining and improving group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Provide expertise on IFRS/GAAP requirements and ensure proper system alignment
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and testing during implementation phases
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and client stakeholders (Finance, Controlling, IT)
• Deliver user training sessions and provide post-implementation support
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within finance functions
• Stay up to date with market trends and Tagetik functionalities
