ATG Europe is looking for a System AIT Engineer to support AIT activities primarily in Milan, Italy, and at the customer's site. The successful candidate will assist the AIT Manager with preparation, implementation, and monitoring related to satellite projects.
Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, at least 7 years of AIT experience, and be proficient in documenting Space Business activities. Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English are mandatory.
We are looking for a System AIT Engineer on behalf of and in support to our client for their location in Milan, Italy, or at the customer's premise (ESTEC) in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. In this position, you will be the main support to the AIT Manager for the preparation, implementation and monitoring of all AIT activities related to a specific project. You will need knowledge and good feeling with practical activities, educational and on-the-field knowledge of mechanics, physics, basic electrical and functional principles of a Satellite. You will report to the Head of the AIT Department.
Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).
