The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department plays a critical and strategic role in any organization by focusing on protecting people, the environment, and the company's assets. It's about much more than just compliance; it's about fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and well-being.

Your Impact

Follow environmental practices, authorizations (AUA-VOC-ADR) to be compliance with Italian and European regulation; Implement sustainability strategies to reduce the environmental impact of the plant, such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable sourcing; Track and report on environmental and sustainable data such as emissions, waste management, and pollution controls to ensure compliance with environmental regulation; Drive projects with various departments to reach sustainability goals; Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and progress against goals, preparing reports for senior leadership, customers, and stakeholders; Promote a culture of sustainability throughout the organization by providing guidance and support to employees. ISO 14001 knowledge and management. Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures that comply with local regulations

Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, inspections to identify hazards, mitigate risks, and ensure workplace safety standards are met. Develop safety corporate programs, support accident investigation and root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive action plans to prevent future accidents (A3 – Fishbone- 5 Why analysis) and tracking in Enablon system. Support safety training according to Italian regulation (ASR) and education programs for employees. Support to update reporting (KPI) monitoring compliance with safety standards.

Your Experience and Qualifications

A master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental, Sustainability).

5/7 + years’ experience in a manufacturing industry where specialized knowledge of safety and environmental regulations is beneficial.

Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing cross‑functional teams.
