Job summary

Fater seeks a motivated intern to join the Sustainability Team at our Spoltore campus (PE), contributing to CSRD readiness, ESG data governance, and the digitalization of sustainability processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting and stakeholders’ alignment.

Qualifications

• Support CSRD reporting and related requirements
• Contribute to ESG data collection and validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity

Responsibilities

• Support the Sustainability Team in CSRD transition and reporting requirements.
• Assist in development and review of sustainability policies, targets, and KPIs.
• Support collection, analysis, and validation of ESG data across functions.
• Contribute to digitalization projects for sustainability processes.
• Assist in monitoring sustainability performance and internal reporting materials.
