Arcadis is a leading global design and consultancy firm focused on sustainable solutions for built and natural assets. The role calls for 5–6 years of sustainability consulting experience, with MEP/building design background and AP Sustainability credentials.

You will lead project teams, manage certification activities (BREEAM/LEED) and decarbonization projects, and interact with clients on regulatory compliance and reporting.

Competenze

• Approximately 5–6 years in sustainability consulting.
• Experience in MEP/Mechanical building design.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least one AP Sustainability credential.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with team lead from pursuit through delivery to results.
• Lead project teams on sustainability assessments and building certifications (LEED/BREEAM).
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies and action plans.
• Analyze data on energy, waste, water, and emissions.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and training sessions on sustainability topics.
• Oversee certifications activities (BREEAM, LEED) and decarbonization projects; manage design/construction stages.
