Qualifications & Requirements

• Experienced support worker with community or residential environment experience.
• Ability to work within a framework that celebrates the strengths of the client and proactively supports them to live their good life.
• Strong life‑coaching, care work, companionship, and motivational skills.
• Weekend availability.
• Own vehicle and full driver’s licence.
• Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 healthcare qualification essential.
• Applicants without a healthcare qualification may not be considered.
