DUNA-Corradini S.p.A. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist at its Soliera headquarters to oversee the supply chain domain and report to the Supply Chain Manager.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in modern, complex manufacturing environments and a strong focus on operational planning and data accuracy. The candidate will optimize information flows, maintain ERP data in Sage X3, and support monthly production and logistics movements to ensure accurate closing.

Competenze

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering is required.
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Sage X3.
• Knowledge of Planning, Operations, and Inventory Management processes.

DUNA-Corradini S.p.A.is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist for the Headquarters of Soliera.This specialist will be responsible for the SUPPLY CHAIN area and willreport to the Supply Chain Manager. The candidate must have at least 1-3 yearsof experience in medium-to-large, modernly structured, and technologicallycomplex manufacturing companies.

The candidate will beresponsible for operational planning for assigned departments, ensuringaccurate production scheduling, aligned information flows, and optimizedOperations processes. The candidate will also be responsible for themaintenance and continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes within theSage X3 ERP, ensuring the reliability of configurator, planning, warehouse, andproduction data, and ultimately monitoring the accuracy of production andlogistics movements for monthly closing purposes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and maintainthe operation of the Sage X3 ERP management system in the Supply Chain andOperations areas.
• Perform thorough maintenanceof the item configurator, routings, and bills of materials at HQ and foreignbranches.
• Perform operational planningfor production departments and prepare and manage production packagescontaining worksheets and operational documentation for the departments.
• Monitor and manage themovement of warehouse and production loads, ensuring data consistency andproviding support for monthly inventory closing and production balanceactivities.
• Collaborate with Production,Logistics, Purchasing, R&D, and Laboratory departments to improveoperational and information flows.
• Participate in continuousimprovement projects in the Supply Chain and Operations areas.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degreein Management Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of ERPsystems (preferably Sage X3).
• Knowledge of Planning,Operations, and Inventory Management processes.
• Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of theOffice 365 package, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Lean/SixSigma/Kaizen methodologies.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Residence within (max. 25 km)from the workplace (Soliera, Modena).
