British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain & Distribution Analyst in Rome

The job holder will support the end-to-end Supply Chain operations with autonomy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with BAT policies and Italian regulations. Acting as a key point of contact, they will manage flows, systems, and stakeholder relationships, contributing to process optimization and operational excellence across logistics tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Finished Goods (FG) supply chain process (monitor orders, stock availability in factories, shipment plans, deliveries and ensure proper Route to market)
  • Manage and monitor the regular stock and shelf life risk.
  • Support day by day supply drumbeat, reporting risks and possible mitigations.
  • Coordinate 3rd party (factories, distributors) and other cross-functional collaboration (BAT warehouse, Trade team, etc)
  • Ensure accurate reporting and system integration
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of the Office Package, especially Excel and experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn with data sensitivity
  • Analytical and problem solving attitude
  • Fluency in English and Italian
