Responsibilities:

1. Manage all purchase and good plans for the warehouse and for customers receiving material for direct shipment.
2. Daily booking of trucks arriving from Germany to Italy, coordinating with the German logistics department.
3. Handle small purchases of office materials.
4. Manage books, samples, and cards.
5. Oversee and control the age of goods in the warehouse and their valorisation.
6. Manage master data and article coding.
7. Perform minor company secretarial and marketing tasks.
8. Coordinate with sales departments regarding allocated, shared, or distributed goods.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
2. Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
3. Team player with resilience under pressure.
4. Hands-on mentality with problem-solving skills.
5. Completed commercial education or university degree focused on Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
6. Several years of relevant professional experience preferred.
7. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
8. Knowledge of customs and international trade is a plus.
9. Business fluency in German and English.
