SEGULA Technologies is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our Torino-based team in Italy. You will own supplier relationships, perform PSA assessments, drive root-cause analysis, and lead corrective actions to ensure APQP/PPAP compliance.

Expect to collaborate across functions, improve supplier quality with on-site workshops, and support capacity planning using Run at Rate tools. A degree in engineering is preferred, with automotive purchasing/supplier quality experience encouraged.

Competenze

• University degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Preferred specializations include mechanical, electronics, aeronautical, chemical, industrial processes.
• 2 years total experience, including 1 year in Automotive Purchasing/Supplier Quality or Engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly plant processes, tooling and facilities.
• Knowledge of probability, statistical quality control and design of experiments.
• Understanding of quality management and value analysis.
• Knowledge of commodity structure and related processes.
• MS-Office proficiency
• Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, teamwork and intercultural competency.
• Technical and quality certifications are a plus.

Segula Technologies Is Looking For One Supplier Quality Engineer To Join Our Team And Support An Important Customer. The Activity Includes

• Represent the company and own the relationship with Suppliers
• Perform Potential supplier assessment “PSA”
• Determine root cause of supplier manufacturing problems and lead implementation of timely, effective, and efficient quality resolutions
• Manage supplier crisis with on-site support within 24 hrs when required
• Assure supplier understanding and compliance with APQP processes and product PPAP submission and approval requirements
• Develop and execute plans to ensure supplier fulfillment of quoted capacity through use of Run at Rate workbook
• Improve quality performance of suppliers, running workshops at supplier site and assisting supplier in developing a robust quality system
• University Degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience. Preferred specializations are: mechanical, electronics, aeronautical, chemical, industrial processes
• 2 years, thereof 1 years’ experience in the field of Automotive Purchasing/Supplier Quality or Engineering
• Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly plant processes, procedures, tooling, equipment and facilities
• Demonstrated knowledge of probability, statistical quality control and design of experiments
• Knowledge of the Commodity structure and its processes
• Knowledge about quality management and value analysis
• Knowledge of MS-Office
• Flexibility, Ability to work under pressure, initiative, capacity of teamwork, social and intercultural competency
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and motivate team members
• Technical and Quality Certifications are a plus

The final salary will be determined based on skills and experience, with a range of between €32.000 and €38.000 gross annual salary
