A leading company in fitness solutions is seeking a Subsidiary Finance Trainee to join their HQ Finance Team in Cesena, Italy. This role includes supporting financial planning, reporting activities, and collaborating with international subsidiaries. Ideal candidates should have a degree in finance, be fluent in Italian and English, and possess good analytical and communication skills.

Competenze

• Degree and/or Master in Economics, Finance or related field is required.
• Familiarity with financial statements and controlling principles is essential.
• Previous internship experience is considered an advantage.

Mansioni

• Contribute to the analysis of actual financial results and forecasts.
• Participate in reporting activities related to monthly closing and forecasting.
• Support the development of performance dashboards and KPI monitoring.

Your Role

We are looking for a brilliant and passionate Subsidiary Finance Trainee to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village. In this role you will provide active support to the department short and long term objectives, while acquiring professional competences related to financial planning and control, business analysis and data-driven decision support, while developing a strong understanding of Technogym’s global operations.

Your Impact

• Contribute to the analysis of actual financial results and forecasts across Technogym subsidiaries
• Participate in reporting activities related to monthly closing, forecasting and budgeting cycles
• Support the development and maintenance of performance dashboards, KPI monitoring and variance analysis
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic decisions and business initiatives
• Collaborate with international subsidiaries to ensure alignment with HQ financial processes and policies
• Assist in financial benchmarking activities and provide updates on macroeconomic developments, key business trends and strategic insights
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling tools and methodologies

• Degree and/or Master in Economics, Finance or related field
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Familiarity with financial statements, treasury concepts and controlling principles
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
• Attitude towards time and project management with ability to handle multiple priorities
