Scalapay S.R.L. is seeking a Risk Analyst to own the risk framework for subscription products and to design and validate the decisioning logic that drives our growing product line. You will monitor performance and work with the Subscription team to translate product ambitions into risk requirements and fraud prevention strategies.

Collaborate with product, engineering and compliance from the start to ensure risk is embedded in launches, and document outcomes to improve decisioning over time.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years in risk, fraud, or analytics in fintech or BNPL.
• Proficient in SQL; Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Own risk framework for subscription products end to end: eligibility, decisioning logic, data and signals behind them.
• Design risk layer for new launches with product/engineering from the start.
• Implement and maintain decisioning rules with documented impact; report trends on approvals, losses and fraud.
