In this role you will be responsible for driving the development of the Power & Steam Conditioning business in Europe by analyzing customer requirements and providing optimized steam solutions that best fit their needs. You will also support the sales tender process by leveraging your technical expertise to propose effective, competitive solutions for projects and KOB3 opportunities, ensuring the achievement of FCV sales targets in Power & Steam Solutions.

Support the P&S initiatives to achieve the assigned Industry Budget in coordination with the Countries’ Sales Force.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bid process for Steam Conditioning opportunities and coordinate the FCV’s resources to deliver to customers the most effective proposal.
• Drive the development of the Power & Steam Conditioning business in Europe by analyzing customer requirements and providing optimized steam solutions.
• Support the sales tender process by leveraging technical expertise to propose effective, competitive solutions for projects and KOB3 opportunities, ensuring FCV sales targets are achieved.
• Serve as a primary contact through Severe Service EMS tool for needs related to technical and proposal preparation aspects of sales pursuits including projects and KOB3.
• Be the technical SME for Steam products and solutions.
• Partner with Engineering in Europe and the US to develop and present innovative technical solutions for Steam Conditioning in new applications and Power market trends.
• Contribute to developing the Sales Force’s Power & Steam expertise in Europe through trainings and updates on industry applications & solutions.
• Perform inquiries analysis, monitor hit rates, and develop Steam Conditioning key target accounts.
• Organize, in collaboration with Sales, customer visits and events with the aim of acquiring/retaining targeted key accounts.
• Support Marketing Communication activities.
• Partner with the "Key Account" and "Industry Specialists" of other business units to develop dedicated solutions/papers for sub-Industry and/or special applications.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Experience in working in an international and complex environment
