Its mission is to support clients in building sustainable infrastructures and plants and advancing the energy transition.

As Subcontract Administrator, you will respond to the Corporate Subcontracts Manager and be part of the Subcontract Department.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and control of various accounting records of subcontractors and service providers engaged on the various projects;
  • Management of the project accounting records of subcontractors and project service providers, whereas necessary;
  • Uploading subcontracts and related Progress Reports in the company's ERP management system;
  • Monitoring and analysis of the various subcontracts progress up to the "Close Out" phase of each subcontract;
  • Checking abd verifying compliance with various contractual obligations and submission of the related deliverables;
  • Monitoring and control of the various Performance Evaluation Reports collected for each project;
  • Collection of all Performance Evaluation Reports from various subcontractors and project service providers, whereas necessary;
  • Updating of various departmental and project logs;
  • Monitoring and updating of various KPIs where required and necessary;
  • Collaboration in the definition of the various Project Vendor List;
  • Archiving of all necessary documentation on company servers;
  • Assistance in the preparation of the various Commercial Bid Tabulation, whereas necessary;
  • Collection of periodical Feedback related to the timely and quality performances of the Subcontractors;
  • Provides periodic reports and updates on the Subcontracting Activities
