Our client is an engineering organisation delivering technical solutions for onshore/offshore wind projects. Its engineering teams cover multiple disciplines, working together to develop, verify and document the structural solutions that underpin each project. The organisation operates in an international context, which means collaboration across locations and with colleagues from different technical backgrounds is part of everyday work. Structural quality, traceability of calculations and consistency between disciplines are central to how the teams deliver.
The role covers structural analysis, design and verification of steel and reinforced concrete structures. The engineer contributes to the development of technical solutions and to the preparation of the technical documentation that demonstrates compliance with project requirements and applicable codes and standards.
The position sits within a multidisciplinary engineering team, working in a hybrid pattern and contributing to design reviews, technical discussions and the continuous update of project deliverables. The engineer works alongside more experienced colleagues who review calculations and deliverables, and is expected to grow in autonomy as familiarity with the project and its requirements increases.
