A global structural engineering software company is seeking a Solutions Technical Support Engineer in Bologna, Emilia-Romagna. As a key contact, you will support users with our software, conduct training sessions, and work closely with product development to refine our offerings. The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil or mechanical engineering, strong knowledge in structural analysis, and fluency in Italian and good English. As a civil engineer in technical support, you are the central point of contact for our users in the Solution Engineering area. You support our customers in resolving their technical software requests, provide valuable assistance, and share your knowledge in the form of webinars and product demos. At the same time, your feedback flows directly into the further development of our products, thus actively contributing to the improvement of the software and the satisfaction of our users – always true to the motto : “Enjoy structural analysis...”.
