A leading engineering firm in Italy seeks a BIM Specialist - Strutture to implement and coordinate BIM processes for construction projects. You will develop and manage 3D BIM models using Tekla and Revit, mentor junior team members, and integrate innovative technologies. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree, 3-5 years of experience, and strong English skills. This role is based in Genoa, Lecce, or Naples, Italy.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of proven experience in BIM roles focused on structural projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Tekla Structures and Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM integration is highly valued.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for structural works.
• Coordinate and integrate structural models with other disciplines.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
