An engineering firm located in Fano is seeking a Stress Analysis Engineer to join their Engineering Department. The role involves supporting piping stress engineering activities during various project phases. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree or equivalent, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of Stress Analysis techniques. This position promotes diversity and is open to all genders.

Overview

We are looking for a Stress Analysis Engineer to join Our Engineering Department based in Fano (PU), who will support in the Piping Stress engineering activities of the EPC projects, during the detail design and follow on Construction support phases.

Responsibilities

• Define the Critical line list based on project specification requirement.
• Develop the Stress analysis calculation following the developed piping layout.
• Define and position the relevant loads for the development of foundation and steel structures.
• Define the allowable loads on machines and vessel nozzles, in coordination with Machinery Engineer.
• Define the standard and special support drawings and develop Material Requisitions Main documents for supports.
• Define supports position.
• Check the correct uploading support drawings in the 3D model archive, according to Project 3D Model Procedure and check the relevant 3D model representation.
• Produce the Supports MTO and follow up the procurement activity.
• Ensure the technical support during construction phase

Qualifications / Requirements

• Laurea Magistrale and/or Specialistica (as well Chartered Engineer, A-levels + 5 years’ study) or Laurea Triennale.
• Stress Analysis Engineer with a minimum stay of 3 years in the role being able to preside individually the full life cycle of a EPC project.
• Consolidate knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of Stress Analysis and accurate competences of techniques and tool.
• Software as Caesar II and AutoPIPE are mandatory.
