Identis is seeking a Technical Buyer to manage procurement of mechanical, electronic and electromechanical components for production and development projects. The role interfaces with R&D, Engineering, Production, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure material availability within required timelines, while upholding technical, quality and cost standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing requests and specs, qualifying new suppliers, renegotiating terms, issuing POs, and maintaining ERP data.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in technical purchasing within manufacturing.
• Ability to read technical drawings, BOMs and product specifications.

Mansioni

• Manage purchasing for mechanical, electronic and electromechanical components.
• Review purchase requests, BOMs and product specifications.
• Identify, qualify and select new suppliers with Technical and Quality teams.
• Request quotations, negotiate prices, terms and delivery schedules.
• Issue and monitor purchase orders through to final delivery.
• Ensure material availability in line with production plans and projects.
• Support cost-reduction, standardization and supplier-base optimization.
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost and delivery.
• Maintain supplier master data and ERP system accuracy.
