The ideal candidate will have a solid background in talent management and change management within complex organizations, be fluent in English, and have strong leadership skills. This role encompasses designing training programs and executing learning strategies for diverse employee groups.

Competenze

• 5–7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR roles.
• Strong understanding of competency models and leadership development.
• Fluency in English.
