BorgWarner in Arcore, Lombardy, is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to drive defect prevention and supplier quality improvement across new and existing products. You will perform root cause analysis, supplier audits, APQP activities, and lead corrective actions with suppliers to prevent line stops and meet customer requirements.

You will collaborate with Design and Manufacturing teams, deliver training, and support supplier development programs, aiming for robust processes and cost-efficient

Competenze

• Experience performing root cause analysis on quality issues.
• Knowledge of supplier quality systems and APQP processes.
• Ability to drive corrective actions with suppliers.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma for process improvement.
