Kemin Industries in Italy seeks a Regional Sourcing Manager for Proteins to lead procurement of raw materials and packaging, manage supplier negotiations, and drive cost savings across global markets.

You will analyze market trends, develop sourcing strategies, ensure on-time deliveries, and collaborate with quality, logistics and regulatory teams. Travel up to 40% may be required. Salary range 60,000–75,000 euro gross per year.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of procurement experience.
• Professional Purchasing Certification preferred.
• Must adhere to Servant Leadership philosophy.
• Solid computer skills and planning abilities.
• Knowledge of ISO, GMP and regulatory requirements is highly desired.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Travel up to 40% may be required.

Mansioni

• Responsible for sourcing and operational purchasing of multiple raw materials, packaging, and CAPEX needs.
• Provide input and execute departmental sourcing strategies to meet global goals.
• Provide market insights on costs, material availability, and inventory reports.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and forecast market conditions.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure proper inventory levels.
• Review and approve new materials and new suppliers per risk assessments.
• Develop and implement SOPs in compliance with ISO, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
