A leading construction firm is seeking a Procurement Bidding & Start-up Specialist in Milan. The role involves identifying and managing suppliers, preparing project RFQs, and supporting contract negotiations. Candidates should have a Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics, with 3-5 years of experience, and must be fluent in English. The position offers full-time employment in the Purchasing and Supply Chain function.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in the role in multinational contexts.
• Knowledge of contractual matters (particularly pre-bid agreements).
• Availability to travel and stay at construction sites and joint ventures.

Mansioni

• Identify suppliers and contractors for market analyses to define offer estimates.
• Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQ) for specific projects.
• Support in defining, negotiating, and managing pre-bid agreements with suppliers.
• Analyze, compare, and evaluate offers from suppliers.
