MSD Italia is seeking a Pricing & Reimbursement Specialist to support pricing strategies and market access in Italy. You will contribute to P&R submissions, analyses, and cross-functional initiatives with Headquarters to enable patient access.

The role requires a strong background in life sciences or health economics, robust analytical skills, and fluency in Italian and English. You will monitor pricing trends, assist negotiations, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting.

Competenze

• University degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
• Experience in Pricing & Reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of Italian healthcare system, reimbursement pathways, and AIFA processes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market, pricing, and reimbursement data.
• Cross-functional work experience and multi-stakeholder management.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and structured approach.
• Fluent Italian and English, written and verbal.
• MS Office, especially Excel.

Mansioni

• Prepare and maintain P&R dossiers for AIFA.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for documentation.
• Support price negotiations with Headquarters.
• Develop business cases and profitability analyses.
• Monitor Italian pricing and reimbursement environment and regulations.
• Support lifecycle management, price updates, and contracts.
• Provide pricing expertise to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, risk assessments, and pricing strategies.
