Responsibilities include managing talent acquisition, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in HR and over 10 years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities. This role promotes a high-performance workplace and employee well-being.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic People Operations strategy in alignment with organisational objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar labor law in all policies and procedures.
