The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in business development and a track record of success in managing global relationships with major technology firms. Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with consulting firms, hyperscalers, and technology providers, driving joint go-to-market initiatives that expand market presence and revenue growth.

Position and promote the company’s Generative AI and advanced computing solutions as integral to partner offerings, ensuring strong alignment with customer needs through close collaboration with product, sales, and technical teams.

Negotiate and close partnership agreements, oversee partner pipeline development and forecasting, and manage the full sales cycle in coordination with internal teams.

Represent the company at key industry events and lead joint marketing, enablement, and business development initiatives to strengthen partner engagement and market visibility.

Qualifications

8+ years’ experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management within AI, Cloud, SaaS, or Enterprise Software.

Strong knowledge of AI / ML, Generative AI, and advanced computing technologies, with proven success in positioning these solutions for enterprise adoption.

Demonstrated track record of building and managing global relationships with consulting firms, hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Google), and ISVs, driving joint go-to-market success.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives in global, matrixed environments.

Results-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability, a collaborative approach, and a record of achieving or exceeding sales and partnership goals.

Fluent in English and Italian, with willingness to travel up to 50%.
