Marchesi 1824, part of the Prada Group, seeks a Procurement professional to manage packaging, small equipment, small appliances, and ceramics categories in Milan. You will ensure quality, cost efficiency, and supply continuity, collaborating with Operations, Marketing, and Sales to meet store needs and develop seasonal packaging solutions.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in procurement, strong negotiation and supplier management skills, solid Excel, and excellent English.

Competenze

4–7 years of experience in procurement / purchasing roles.
Previous experience in packaging management is preferred.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Good cost analysis and budget management skills.
Excellent knowledge of Excel.
Good command of English.

Mansioni

Packaging Management: manage sourcing of packaging categories including shopping bags, boxes, gift packaging, takeaway and delivery materials, cups, etc.; coordinate seasonal/holiday packaging.
Supplier Management: identify, select and develop new suppliers; negotiate terms; monitor supplier performance and certifications.
Cost and Budget Control: monitor cost centers and suppliers; optimize purchasing costs; assist in defining and managing the budget for the categories.
