A leading international pharmaceutical company in Italy is seeking an Operations Director to oversee operations across multiple manufacturing sites. The role involves strategic planning, compliance with GMP standards, and collaboration with various site leadership teams. The ideal candidate has a degree in a scientific or engineering field, proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector, and excellent communication skills in English. Frequent travel across national and international sites is expected.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Operations or Plant Management roles within the pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated industry.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-site organizations.
• Communication skills and fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or other European languages is a plus.

Mansioni

• Define and implement the overall industrial and operational strategy across all manufacturing sites.
• Supervise production, maintenance, and supply chain activities.
• Lead and coordinate Plant Managers and site leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and investment projects.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safety standards (GMP, HSE).
