ASEM, part of Rockwell Automation, is seeking a motivated Planner to ensure efficient, timely production planning aligned with demand, material availability and manufacturing capacity. You will develop weekly/monthly production plans based on forecasts and orders while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in a relevant field (Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Experience planning in manufacturing or supply chain environment.

Mansioni

• Plan production schedules weekly/monthly based on forecasts, orders and inventory.
• Allocate resources (machinery, labor, time) to maximize productivity.
• Monitor KPIs (OEE, lead time, on-time delivery, scrap rates).
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics and Quality to ensure material availability and deadlines.
• continuously improve production processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
