Accenture Italia seeks a Mergers & Acquisitions Specialist to evaluate and execute strategic acquisitions, working with Corporate Development, Strategy, Finance, and Technology teams. You will perform financial due diligence, assess risks, and support integration from opportunity through deal close.

Role requires a degree in economics/finance and 2+ years in due diligence or audit, with strong Excel skills and English fluency. The salary range sits between 33,059€ and 50,500€ gross annually.

Competenze

• Degree in economic sciences, business administration, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial due diligence or audit within the M&A domain.
• Fluency in English and advanced MS Excel skills.

Mansioni

• Support acquisitions from early evaluation stages through closing and post-deal integration.
• Partner with Europe Financial Due Diligence Lead and Corporate Development teams.
• Analyze target companies' financial performance, profitability, and operational metrics.
• Evaluate balance sheet components including net working capital and net financial debt.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities during due diligence processes.
• Provide insights on transaction structures, purchase price adjustments, and SPA negotiations.
• Support integration activities to maximize value post-merger.
