JP Morgan Chase in Milan is seeking an experienced investment banking professional to join the Italian team and drive growth across M&A, valuation, and strategic analysis. You will participate in the full transaction cycle, collaborating with regional and global partners and supporting execution with analysts and senior bankers.

The role offers exposure to a global, client-facing environment and requires fluent Italian and English, top-tier academics, and exceptional modelling skills.

Competenze

• Prior investment banking experience.
• Outstanding financial modelling skills.
• Solid understanding of the transaction cycle and process steps.
• Impeccable communication with senior professionals and clients.
• Interest in M&A structuring.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in corporate finance.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Solid understanding of broader IB products.
• Experience dealing with clients and advisers.

Mansioni

• Build complex financial models and perform valuation and M&A analyses.
• Draft presentations, management/Board materials, memoranda for M&A or strategic client dialogue.
• Stay updated on market developments and latest structuring/execution in M&A.
• Collaborate with industry, country and product teams during origination and execution.
• Organize and project-manage M&A processes and due diligence.
• Support deal documentation, announcement preparation and liaise with clients, advisers, and regulators.
