Allianz Group is seeking a Technical Manager-Information Security to lead security governance across global IT services. The role focuses on designing and implementing information security policies, standards and controls in line with regulatory requirements and best practices.

You will collaborate with local CISOs and IT teams to ensure security of all systems, manage risk assessments, and drive audits and training.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• CISM, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certifications desirable.
• 8+ years of practical experience in information security governance and management systems.
• Experience with regulatory and industry frameworks for information and cyber security.
• Fluent in English; second language (e.g. German, Italian, French) is a plus.
• Experience in information security audit, compliance and GRC tools.

• Design and implement information security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Evaluate, develop, monitor and maintain security policies and systems.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, data protection and business continuity.
• Lead audits as liaison for internal and external compliance activities.
• Assess effectiveness of security controls across Allianz services and partners.
• Define and conduct information security training and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement security measures.
• Manage security risks and mitigation strategies for identified deviations.
• Stay current with security trends and recommend new technologies as needed.
• Cooperate with local CISOs and support local information security management systems.
• Govern across Allianz entities to ensure alignment with Group Information Security Policies.
