A global technology leader is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager based in Milan to support operations across Spain and Italy. This role involves advising senior leaders, managing employee relations, and driving engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of local labor laws, and fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish. This opportunity offers flexibility in work location and a dynamic work environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience, ideally within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labor law (Italy and Spain) and HR practices.
• Fluent in English and the local languages (both Italian and Spanish).
